We capped off a bumper month of awards in September with another cause for celebration, laying the foundations of our 2,500th home in Gippsland.
To commemorate this special occasion, a true milestone for our team and business in the region, our local team welcomed customers Wayne and Kayelene Shelton to the site of their future home, a Delta 28BP with Yale façade, for a special slab pour celebration.

To make the occasion even more memorable, we surprised Kayelene and Wayne with a Soleado Outdoor Heater valued at over $1,100, thanks to our friends at Amphis Lighting.

Since establishing in Gippsland in 2004, Metricon has not only built quality homes for thousands of families in the region but have also continuously created jobs for hundreds of local workers.
We directly employ close to 100 local staff in the region together with more than 100 local trades. And with a further 340 plus homes currently under construction and even more homes in the pre-site stage, the number of local trades being kept busy will not be slowing down anytime soon.
