If you have registered land in our QLD build region (or land registering soon), there’s a good chance you qualify to start building in as little as 8 weeks.* AND, if you’re also building a single storey home 230m2 or under, then you may qualify to have your home built in just 17 weeks.^ That means you could be moving into your new home just 25 weeks after deposit!^

25 Weeks from Deposit to Move in

  • Are you building a single storey home 24 squares or under
  • Is your land registered, or registering in less than 30 days?
  • Are you building in the Metricon Queensland build region?
  • Are you building on a sewered site with a bushfire requirement below BAL 19 and no retaining walls?

Please note that the timeframes advertised only apply to the build of your home, and doesn’t include driveway, landscaping or fencing. Any Council approval applications to the build or independent inspections that you organise may add additional time to the FastTrack journey. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval. You will also need to make the earliest available Selections Appointments, make all HIA contracts on time as set out in your contract, plus make the final HIA payment within 5 days of Practical Completion to avoid voiding the timeline.
