Your land must be registered or registering within 30 days to qualify for our Deposit to Keys program.

Is your land “Site ready for FastTrack”?

To be Site ready for FastTrack your land must be sewered with a bushfire requirement below BAL 19 and no retaining walls.

Are you building a Freedom single storey home that’s up to 230 m2?

Only our Freedom by Metricon range of single storey homes up to 230 m2 and their standard design options are available for this offer.

FastTrack Building Time Frames

Please note that the time frames advertised only apply to the build of your home, and doesn’t include driveway, landscaping, or fencing. Any Council approval applications to the build or independent inspections that you organise may add additional time to the FastTrack journey. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval. You will also need to make the earliest available Selections Appointments, make all HIA contracts on time as set out in your contract, plus make the final HIA payment within 5 days of Practical Completion to avoid voiding the timeline.

Written confirmation must be received from Metricon confirming customer qualification. Available only on registered land or land registering in the next 30 days in eligible QLD build regions (as defined on metricon.com.au/where-we-build). Any construction industry shutdown periods during December / January are not included in the advertised timeframes and may extend the advertised timeframe by this shutdown period. Excludes homes with driveway, retaining walls, landscaping, fencing, bushfire requirements BAL 19 and above, unsewered sites. Guaranteed timeframes will be altered or voided where there is a change in home design after date of deposit, delays with land registration, any variations made after signing of the contract, time delays in availability for formal selections appointments, delays in Council related applications, where a customer nominates an independent inspection, where a customer needs to be perform 'Owner Works' to site, delays with our authority to commence construction from customer's lending body, delays in paying HIA Contract Payments as per the timeframe set out in the HIA Contract, and where final HIA Contract Payment is not made within 5 working days after Practical Completion. Metricon does not supply the land, and is not in any way responsible for the provision of finance or credit assistance. Metricon takes no responsibility for build timeframe delays due to factors reasonably outside of our control.
