We recently celebrated the opening of our brand-new purpose-built selection studio and workplace, Metricon on Fyans. The state-of-the-art facility is a significant investment designed to support Metricon's Geelong customers and people, meet the ever-growing demand for new homes in the region, and solidify a true home building hub for Metricon in Geelong.

Located at 1/158 Fyans Street South Geelong, the carefully designed and purpose-built space of over 1000m2 is now home to more than 100 Metricon Geelong employees and boasts an innovative customer inspiration and design centre - Studio M.
At the grand opening, we ushered supply partners and special guests through Studio M’s distinctive archways for an evening to celebrate not just a stunning new space but also Metricon’s commitment to the Geelong and Surf coast region.
