So, when he was met with a dirt paddock (which was previously farmland), several plans and conceptual drawings, he was able to put the pieces together and envisage a place where he’d love to live: a roomy, contemporary townhouse with a decent backyard and street appeal.
“I had my heart set on a townhouse in park land and, fortunately for me, was able to secure a home without a road out the front – what I have instead is a lovely park right outside my front gate.” Michael
After signing the contract for his dream abode – a spacious, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse (from our Rosedale range) within a development of TownLiving by Metricon homes in the western suburbs of Melbourne – Michael was pleasantly surprised with how smooth the process was from thereon in.
“Once the land was titled, the rest was a breeze. My Site Manager kept me informed every step of the way and I was actually able to move in sooner than I thought.” Michael
The end result is place Michael is well and truly proud to call home, thanks to ample space, a smart two storey floor plan, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a good sized backyard and a park within metres of his front door.
