The building process

With over 44 years’ experience, we have perfected the art of building high-quality homes. Your dedicated site manager will be there to ensure your home is being built following our rigorous quality assurance guidelines.

Our five stage building process

Our build process has been perfected over 44 years, making it easy to achieve high-quality, speedy results. There are five stages to our building process, which are detailed below.

The base stage

The base stage consists of excavating the site and making sure the ground is nice and level, installing drainage systems and finally, pouring the slab for your new home.

The frame stage

During the frame stage, you will start to see your home take shape. We’ll install the frames for your walls and roof – if you take a tour at this stage, you’ll be able to walk through the floorplan.

The lock-up stage

Plenty of external features are installed – you’ll see your roof, fascia, gutters, windows, brickwork, external cladding and external doors added. Essentially, you have a home that can be locked up!

The fixing stage

This is when we turn our attention to the interior and install plaster, baths, basins, sinks, doors, cabinets, shelves and cupboards. Then, we start painting, laying floor coverings, installing electrical and finishing off your home. We’ll also clean your home too.

The hand-over stage

Finally, we’ll hand over the keys and you’ll be able to call the home your own. We’ll show you how to use your new appliances and other items and give you some general home care tips.
