Metricon’s ReadyStart “Deposit to Keys in 26 Weeks” Program (the “Program”) is available on deposits for specified Freedom and Designer home and land packages from 26.10.2024 within the Bingara Gorge Estate. No structural changes are permitted. To meet the advertised timeframe, the purchaser must promptly return all necessary paperwork (including attending appointments and signing and returning documents) and provide all required information under the building contract within 14 days. Your Studio M Selections appointment will be scheduled for the first available date, with limited flexibility. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure availability on the scheduled date. Metricon will not be held liable for delays in meeting advertised timeframes due to late submission of documents/information by the purchaser. Construction industry shutdown periods during December/January are excluded from the timeframe and may extend the duration by the length of the shutdown.
