Metricon Homes renews partnership with South Sydney Rabbitohs

Metricon are proud to announce that we will be continuing our partnership with the South Sydney Rabbitohs for the 2020 season.

The partnership is now in it’s third year– with Metricon growing from a corporate partner to now obtaining the naming rights to the Metricon High Performance Centre, previously known as Redfern Oval.

Rabbitohs CEO Blake Solly is excited to see Metricon extend its relationship with the Rabbitohs.

"Metricon have become an essential part of the Rabbitohs community with their presence at every home game in 2019, providing entertaining activities for Members and fans to participate in as they enter the gates”

"Through the Metricon High Performance Centre, they have also developed a connection with all of our teams – from the NRL squad through our women’s and pathways teams, then into our junior representative teams and clubs.”

“The Metricon High Performance Centre at Redfern Oval is the home to all of these teams and their players. We have the AFL Metricon Stadium sponsorship with the Gold Coast SUNS, we are the principal partner of Melbourne Victory Football Club and through this partnership with the South Sydney Rabbitohs, we have a diverse football presence across Australia.

Metricon Homes has also come on board as the Match Day Sponsor for the Rabbitohs Round 1 game versus the Cronulla Sharks, which is part of the NRL wide Bush Fire Relief round.

"We value the opportunity to be a part of the Bush Fire Relief round, it is a natural extension for our initial relief efforts of a lump-sum donation of $250,000 and uncapped employee donation dollar matching. We will be activating at the match and will be doing something very special on game day, that we are very honoured to be able to participate in.
